Overview
At Artechculture, every order is made on demand — meaning your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We partner with Printify's global print fulfillment network to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect from order to delivery.
Production Time
All orders require a production period before shipping. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and prepare your item for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Example: A US order may take approximately 4–12 business days from order date to arrival.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the fulfillment provider assigned to your order. Carrier selection is determined automatically to optimize speed and cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website or via the link provided in your email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Artechculture.info@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Express Delivery
Express delivery may be available on select products for an additional fee. If express shipping is available for your item, it will be displayed at checkout. Express orders are typically produced and delivered within 2–3 business days (US domestic).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
Artechculture is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Note: Due to legal and carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimea Region, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Artechculture is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [your support email] — we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Artechculture partners with Printify for fulfillment. Shipping estimates are provided by our fulfillment network and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
