No Returns or Exchanges
All Artechculture products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Incorrect size ordered

Dislike of color or design after receiving
Please review product descriptions, size guides, and design images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement or full refund:

Item arrives visibly damaged or broken

Printing defect (faded, misaligned, or incorrect print)

Wrong item sent
To be eligible, you must:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement item (at no cost) or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors and any safe drop locations

Contact your local carrier with the tracking number

If still unresolved after 3 business days, email us at artechculture.info@gmail.com with your order number
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production (typically within 24–48 hours of purchase), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
