ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Browse the Shop, select your cap, and click Add to Cart. Checkout takes less than two minutes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly — usually within hours of purchase. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once production has started, we're unable to modify or cancel.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Not at this time. All designs are original Artechculture artwork, printed in limited runs. Follow us on Instagram @Artechculture for new drop announcements.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Domestic (US) orders are our primary market, but international orders are welcome.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders can take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the cart page for current offers.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves production.

PRODUCTS

What are the caps made of?

Our trucker caps feature a structured foam front with a breathable mesh back — the classic silhouette built for all-day wear. Designs are printed directly onto the front panel using high-quality direct-to-film (DTF) or sublimation printing, depending on the style.

Do the caps come in different sizes?

Most of our trucker caps are one-size-fits-most with an adjustable snapback closure. Specific sizing details are listed on each product page.

Will the print fade or crack over time?

Our prints are designed to hold up with normal wear and washing. To keep them looking sharp, we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning and avoiding machine drying. Do not iron directly on the print.

Are your designs limited edition?

Many of our drops are intentionally limited. Once they sell out, they may not come back. If you see something you love, don't sleep on it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of our products.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your cap arrives defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right — no hassle. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details.
